Visit the Register and fill in the basic details — username, an active Malaysia phone number, and password. Agree to the Terms and Conditions, then verify your phone number via the OTP code sent to you. The minimum age is 18 years old. M99M enforces a strict policy against underage gambling. All members are required to verify their age during registration and may be asked to provide identification documents during the KYC process prior to their first withdrawal.

First, check whether the transaction was successful on your bank or e-wallet's end. If your bank confirms the payment was made but your m99m balance has not been updated, contact our customer support via live chat and include your proof of payment (screenshot of receipt or transaction reference number). Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within 30 working minutes.

m99m does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply a small fee on their end. We recommend checking with your payment service provider before making a deposit to avoid any unexpected charges.

Withdrawal

Most withdrawals at m99m are processed within 15 to 60 minutes after the request is approved. Withdrawals to local Malaysian banks are typically faster. During peak hours or on weekends, processing may take up to 2–4 hours. Withdrawals requiring further review may take up to 1 business day.

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction. The daily maximum limit depends on your membership level and account verification status. Withdrawals can be rejected for several reasons: bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the account has not completed KYC, bank details do not match the account name, or suspicious activity has been detected. Check your email or account notifications for details on the rejection reason. If you believe the rejection is an error, contact our support team.

Cancellations can only be made if the withdrawal request is still in "Pending" and has not yet been processed. Log in to your account, go to your transaction history, and select the cancel option if available. If the withdrawal is already showing a "Processing" status, contact support immediately — we will do our best to assist if processing has not yet been completed.
