01 General Terms & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the m99m online gaming platform, accessible via our official website and mobile app. By registering an account or using any services provided by m99m, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms.

Throughout this document, several key terms are used consistently. "Platform" refers to the entire m99m system, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided. "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an m99m account. "Funds" refers to the cash balance in your m99m account, whether from cash deposits or eligible bonuses. M99M operates in accordance with applicable regulations and reserves the right to decline registration applications or terminate existing accounts without providing detailed reasons if a breach of these terms is found.

02 Registration & Account Management

To access the full services of m99m, you must register a valid account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Hold a valid and active Malaysian phone number.
• Does not hold an active m99m account or any previously terminated account.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits the use of online gaming platforms.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any business entity.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds within them without compensation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. M99M reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of your ID, bank statements, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

M99M supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysian users, including bank transfers via FPX, major online banking platforms (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank), and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit limit is as specified in the Deposits section of the platform.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes within the m99m platform.
• Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name that has completed the verification process.

Members are required to play fairly and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or vulnerabilities in games.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Any form of fraud, identity impersonation, or provision of false information.

08 Account Closure & Service Termination

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the M99M support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all of the following conditions have been met:

• No transactions are pending or in the process of being completed.
• All active bonuses have been terminated or transferred in accordance with the specified procedures.
• Any eligible account balance has been withdrawn or settled.

M99M reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. In such cases, M99M reserves the right to hold funds in the account pending investigation.

09 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Continued use of the m99m platform after any amendments are published will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
